Why does Leadership exist?

- Primary purpose of Leadership is to deliver value to the organisation and the people
- Therefore, essentially a Service Provider. Aligned to the concept of Servant Leadership
- Just deliver the results – on-time, on-promise, on-compliance. Evaluate them year-on-year, not rest on their laurels
- Their persona and aura (personal branding) should not get in the way of objective evaluation
