MTI / JKOA Training on "Beyond Customer Satisfaction "

JKOA, who were the pioneers in bench marking a service philosophy (2611+1), now enjoys market leadership in most it's our product categories.
This one-day workshop focused on the need to look beyond servicing and provided several techniques towards building long term relationship with customers and most importantly for the technical staff to enhance their capabilities in handling after sale service.

HNB Assurance, one of Sri Lanka’s foremost Insurance companies with a Fitch ‘A’ (lka) financial strength rating, has completed a process service quality enhancement initiative with MTI Consulting.
Now in its seventh year, HNB Assurance is only the second insurer in Sri Lanka to obtain a rating of its financial strength from Fitch Ratings. The company also has a strong branch network across the country reaching out to the general public; acting as the insurance arm of HNB Bank.

MTI Consulting will continue to provide training services to SriLankan Airlines in 18 countries across Europe , Asia and the Middle East .
'The scope of this project which blends consulting with training is global and learning will be tremendous,' MTI's CEO, Hilmy Cader said.
The highly customised research-based program will target Sri Lankan Airlines' regional, sales, marcom and cargo management with the objective of profitability improving the passenger and cargo capacity utilisation.
The first stage of the process was a research program that was carried out in London , Dubai , Chennai , Singapore and Colombo . CEO, SriLankan Airlines, Peter Hill launched the main program this week. He said the airline is happy to work with MTI and one of the world's best marketing consultants Hilmy Cader, who will personally spearhead this strategically important project for Central Asia 's Best Airline of the Year.
