The project culminates with an internal launch, where the initiatives are then ceremonially unveiled to all stakeholders through fun learning and self-realization techniques.
We select Cross-Functional project teams led by Project Champions to ensure that our initiatives our effectively implemented, and monitor their progress through MTI's Reporting and Meeting Formats.
