Bhutan’s State Enterprise selects MTI for re-structuring

The State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Ltd. (STCBL), arising from a competitive international pitch, has selected MTI Consulting to help re-structure the organization via an assignment on organizational development.

An international team of MTI Consultants will be in Thimphu from next week, which includes MTI Sri Lanka Director Rajika Sangakkara, who was responsible for successfully leading the MTI pitch, MTI’s Bhutan-based Associate Ugyen Lham and MTI Consulting Global CEO Hilmy Cader.

STCBL is one of the largest State-owned enterprises in Bhutan, operating in the automotive, ICT, agriculture, construction inputs and home care domains. It is the sole authorised distributor of Toyota Motors and authorized distributor of Tata Motors and Eicher Vehicles in Bhutan.
