Lanka IOC retains MTI for second phase of ASEAN entry
Lanka IOC, having successfully completed the market mapping of Indonesia and Myanmar for lubricants with MTI Consulting, has now re-appointed MTI to execute the second phase of in-country distribution operations Speaking to media, the Managing Director of Lanka IOC, Subodh Dakwale said: “The MTI study has given us the market map and pulse of the lubricant market in these two key emerging markets of Indonesia and Myanmar. We are excited by the prospects offered by these two markets and the ability for Lanka IOC to service them. We now rely on MTI’s regional expertise in setting up our channel network. As these markets will be serviced from Sri Lanka, it is expected to bring in foreign exchange into Sri Lanka.”
People’s Bank unveils MTI-enabled strategic plan for future growth
The management of People’s Bank recently presented its five-year strategic plan for future growth to over 1,000 head office and branch network professionals, from different levels of the organisation. The plan ‘SP 16/20’ was formulated by MTI Consultants, in close collaboration with the staff of People’s Bank. The plan is based on MTI’s internationally acclaimed 8S Model and outlines key strategic initiatives that will help People’s Bank achieve its 2020 profitability targets and secure its position as the undisputed market leader in the financial services sector.
NSBM selects MTI to develop Corporate Plan
The National School of Business Management (NSBM) selected Bahrain based boutique consultancy firm – MTI Consulting to develop a Ground Zero based Corporate Plan for the period 2016 to 2021 for the nearly completed NSBM Green University Town situated in Pitipana, Homagama.
