Amex completes 7 country brand assignment, commends MTI

The North African and Middle East Operations of American Express Card Business have just completed a seven-country assignment focusing on the Amex brand and service quality. The assignment covered Lebanon, Egypt, Jordon, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain and was managed by the MTI Middle East Operations.

The Regional Marketing Director Premal Patel has commended MTI Consulting with the words, “Well done to MTI Consulting for an excellent piece of work”. The MTI Consulting Team was led by Ms. Hina Sarwat and comprised consultants and associates from Lebanon, Egypt, Jordon and Dubai.

This is the sixth assignment undertaken by MTI Consulting for American Express in the last four years.

MTI Consulting has a strong background in providing consulting solutions to financial services institutions in the Middle East Region, having undertaken assignments for leadings banks, financial service providers and insurers like American Express, Standard Chartered, Citibank, BBK, NBB, Bahrain Saudi Bank, ARIG, Bahrain Kuwait, and Solidarity among many others.
