The London and Home Counties (LHC) region of the Club Managers Association of Europe retained MTI Consulting, whose Senior International HR Consultant Darshan Singh was in London this week for this initiative.

“Having a strong team will benefit any organization, and will lead to more successes than not. MTI, led by Darshan Singh on this assignment, has shared international expertise working with teams in the Far East, Middle East and Europe, and the feedback from the participants was very positive,” stated the General Manager of The Caledonian Club, London Mr. David Balden, commenting on MTI’s workshop.

Furthermore, the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) will retain MTI for future events in 2017.

CMAE provides a forum for the encouragement, development and recognition of education and professionalism in Club Management. CMAE’s vision is to be the leading organisation delivering club management educational programmes with the relevant certification and accreditation opportunities to all of Europe’s Club Managers.
